In a large bowl, mix 1 cup + 2 tbsp of flour, sea salt, and baking powder.
Add the greek yoghurt and work the dough until you get a soft, non-sticky dough. Add a little bit of flour if needed, 1 tbsp at a time (make sure the dough does not get dry).
Divide the dough in four and make bagel shapes.
Make the egg wash: mix the yolks with the milk, then entirely coat the bagels with the wash.
Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds on top of the bagels.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350F for 25min.
