Breakfast Banana Oats

Creamy banana oats, the perfect breakfast recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Medium riped banana
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk can subsistute for milk of choice
  • 1.5 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  • In a pot, add the oats, the water, the milk and the salt. Let simmer on low heat.
  • Mash the banana and add to the pot. Stir well.
  • Mix the honey with the peanut butter and add to the pot.
  • Add the salt and the cinnamon. Cover and let simmer until the oats are cooked. It should take about 7 to 10 min.
