Breakfast Banana Oats
Creamy banana oats, the perfect breakfast recipe!
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Medium riped banana
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cashew Milk can subsistute for milk of choice
- 1.5 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
In a pot, add the oats, the water, the milk and the salt. Let simmer on low heat.
Mash the banana and add to the pot. Stir well.
Mix the honey with the peanut butter and add to the pot.
Add the salt and the cinnamon. Cover and let simmer until the oats are cooked. It should take about 7 to 10 min.
