Ingredients
1.5cupAll-Purpose Flour
3/4cupGranulated Sugar
1.5tspBaking Powder
2Large Bananas130-140g
1/3cupUnsalted Butter
1 tspVanilla Extract
1/4tspSalt
1tspCinnamon
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.
Mash the bananas with the cinammon and add to the wet ingredients. Continue beating.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and the salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients while continuously beating.
Pre-heat the oven to 360F.
Generously grease a bread pan and pour the batter. Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 40 to 45min (baking times may vary) or until a knife comes out clean.
Notes
I would advise to only use white sugar, as brown sugar will create a more dense, heavier cakeWhen baking, you should always, unless otherwise instructed, use unsalted butter.
