Summer Moroccan Salad
A refreshing, healthy, 5-ingredients salad, perfect as a main or as a side!
Ingredients

Medium Tomatoes
1
English Cucumber
1
Medium Red Onion
1
tbsp
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

tsp
Italian Herbs
3
tbsp
Finely Chopped Parlsey
Instructions
Wash and finely dice the tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion
Mix together, finely chop the parsley and add it to the mix
Add the olive oil, vinegar, and italian herbs. Mix well and save in the fridge for later!
Notes
This salad is best consumed fresh, so put in the fridge for at least 15min before serving, ideally.
