Beetroot and Tuna Salad
Refreshing, easy to make high protein salad!
- 500 g Cooked Beetroot
- 4 cans Tuna preferably in oil
- 1/2 English Cucumber
- 1 medium can Sweetcorn
- 3 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
Finelly dice the beetroot and the cucumber.
Drain the tuna, then wash and drain the sweetcorn.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and add the mayonnaise. Mix well.
This salad is best served fresh, so ideally put in the fridge for a bit before serving!
