Dutch Baby Pancakes
These thin dutch pancakes are oven baked and best served with icing sugar and syrup!
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 package Vanilla sugar 7-8g
- 2 Eggs large
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3/4 cup Milk 2%
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Pre-heat the oven to 425F
Add butter to a skillet and heat on low heat until melted
Mix the dry ingredients together
Mix all the liquid ingredients together and gradually add to the dry ingredients
Add the batter to the skillet and put in the oven for 25min
Serve with powdered sugar, berries and syrup, and/or whipped cream
