Mojito Protein Smoothie

A refreshing, mojito-inspired protein smoothie! Perfect as a high protein snack!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Greek Yoghurt can substitute for any dairy-free yoghurt
  • 1/2 Medium Banana
  • 1 tsp Freshly grated lemon zest
  • 2 to 3 Mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup Milk use any milk of choice

Instructions

  • Slice the banana. In a blender add all the ingredients, plus some ice if you want. Serve and enjoy!
