Banana Oats
Hey peeps! Today I’m coming up with a yummy refined-sugar free, banana oats recipe! That’s the perfect breakfast recipe if you want a filling and tasty one. A lot of people find oats boring – I don’t!
A few advices when making oats:
1- Add salt. It greatly influences the taste! A pinch goes a long way!
2- Add some cinnamon, honey, maple syrup or stevia as a taste enhancer! To be honest I sometimes add cinnamon as it has many benefits, including proving insuline resistance and reducing blood sugar levels, but I also love the natural taste of oats. Just try different things until you find the perfect combo!
3- Add milk to make your oats creamy! That’s an importany one. Subsitute 1/4 to 1/2 of the water for milk. The texture is soooo much better that way.
