Chocolate cupcakes topped with peanut butter
Iโm a big fan of chocolate. And peanut butter, even though I have to eat it with caution and in moderation to avoid allergic outbursts (I am allergic to nuts in general). Well, the other day I decided to mix both of them together What is good is that there is no butter or oil at all. Also, I only put an egg white instead of a whole egg. The recipe serves 6.
Ingredients
3/4 cup of flour โ 1 tsp of baking powder โ 40g of sugar โ 1 tsp of honey โ 1 tbsp of cocoa powder โ 1 tsp of coffee powder โ 1/3 cup of ricotta โ 5 tbsp of soy milk โ 1 egg white
Icing
1/4 cup of ricotta โ 1/4 cup of peanut butter โ 1/4 cup of icing sugar โ some milk if needed to make the icing softer
