Healthy Banana Bread
First of all, happy belated Thangsgiving my canadian friends! No Turkey for me this year. Just enjoyed the sunshine while I can 🙂 Anyway, any month is bananas month. Who else agrees ?
If you now me, you probably now I’m obssessed with bananas. And banana bread. However, that’s a fact: I only need to look at cake to put on weight and so, I need to keep it as a treat. I’ve been looking for ages for a healthy recipe so I can indulge in my guilty pleasure more often. I have been looking at various recipes and finally tried this version. Believe me, it was absolutely delicious 😋
Ingredients
150g of oat bran // 45g of sugar // 8g of baking powder // 2 egg whites // 2 mashed bananas // 1 tsp of honey // a dash of cinnamon
Instructions
Mix the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients in separate bowls, then mix them all up together.
Baking
 It should take more or less 30min at 180°C. Check ir regularly and add time or heat if needed. And voilà !
