    Another day, another banana bread! This time, a peanut butter banana bread. It has an amazing nutty flavor to it and the texture is quite moist as I love it! I love to play around with banana bread – I had two very (very) ripped bananas sitting in my fridge for aaages until they became all black. So I knew it was a “now or never” kinda thing.
