Iced sugar moon biscuits
I used to looooove moon shaped biscuits, dipped in icing sugar, when I was a kid. My aunt would regularly make them and I would eat 5 of them at once. Yep,that was just how much I loved them. I made a slightly modified version the other day, and I really hope you like it 🙂
Ingredients
3/4 cup flour // 1/3 cup sugar // 2.5 tbsp margarine // 2 tbsp egg white // Â // 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla sugar // one cup of icing sugar, to coat the biscuits
Instructions
Mix everything together in a bowl // when you get a consistent dough, shape the biscuits in a moon shape (NB: add some flour or some milk IF needed, but pay attention not to put too much) // bake in a pre-heated oven at 390F/180C for about 20 min (the biscuits shouldn’t get brown, they should still be white when ready) // wait until the biscuits are cold and then dip them in the icing sugar 🙂
