White Chocolate Pancakes

Perfection, if you ask me.

After you eat those pancakes, you will wonder how you never thought of mixing white chocolate with pancakes, cause white chocolate is bae. Actually, I used to prefer it to milk chocolate as a kid. Now I like very dark chocolate (because Lindt 99% is the best thing ever 😋).

Here’s the deal.

White Chocolate Pancakes (makes 7 medium sized pancakes)


Ingredients

1 cup flour // 1/2 tsp baking powder // 3 tbsp sugar // 100g melted white chocolate // 1 egg + tbsp egg white // 3/4 cup milk // a pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, sugar and salt // add the egg and egg white // add the melted white chocolate // serve with maple syrup 😊
