Dutch Baby Pancakes
Hey you all! Ever heard of dutch baby pancakes? As the name suggest, they’re actually not from the Netherlands, but from America, where they’re also called “german pancakes”. Texture-wise, they’re like thick crepes. These pancakes are seriously so good – they’re oven baked and the middle rises during baking! The best part is first melting the butter in the skillet before pouring the batter – makes the whole pancake even better!
You should add them to your go-to brunch recipe list!
