This decadent and moist peanut butter mugcake is perfect when the sweet tooth hits and you need a quick sugar fix. Just mix all the ingredients together and put in the microwave for 1 min (cooking times may vary). It is definitely one of my favorite healthy treat to eat!

How to make this peanut butter mugcake ?
Just combine the ingredients in a microwaveable small bowl, put in the microwave for 1 min and then devour!
Feel free to replace the peanut butter with almond butter, hazelnut butter, or any other nut-free butter such as sunflower butter. Just keep in mind you might have to adjust the amount of Truvia and/or maple syrup to keep the sweet taste.

- Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
- Mash the banana.
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and combine.
- Put some parchment on a cookie tray and put 1 tbsp of batter at a time.
Notes
- Feel free to replace peanut butter with any other butter such as almond or hazelnut butter.
- If you are allergic to nuts, you can use any nut free butter such as sunflower seeds butter.
