Breakfast Tortilla
I swear, I didn’t do it on purpose. Actually, I just realized even the green and red colors remind me of Mexico. It’s Sunday, so hell yeah, I wanted a fancy brekkie. This tortilla IS fancy and vegan friendly, so there you go for the “recipe” (which is not really one).
Ingredients :
1 medium tortilla // 1/3 cup of cubbed and already cooked tofu // 1/4 cup of sliced button mushrooms // 1/4 cup of baby tomatoes // a handful of arragula // some sliced olives to put on top // margarine or butter to grease the pan // soy sauce // (optional) pepper and salt to taste // (optional) 1/2 tsp of honey or agave syrup for an added sweetness
And voià! You just literally throw out everything in the pan and pray it turns out edible 🙈🙈.
