Spiced cake

I love it when I try a recipe for the first time and it works. Like super well. Well, I was procrastibaking the other day and decided baking a cake but with spices would be appropriate.

Finished it yesterday. I wish I could lick the screen.

Here’s the recipe!

Ingredients (serves 10)

3/4 cup of white flour // 3/4 tsp of baking powder // 1/4 cup of sugar // 1 tsp of honey // 1.5 tsp f all spices // 1/3 cup of raisins // 2 egg whites // 1/4 cup of spiced tea (Got mine from David’s Tea)

Instructions

Preheat the oven (180 C or 375 F) // Mix the dry ingredients together // In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together // Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients // Grease a small cake mould and pour the batter inside // Bake for about 25min (adjust depending on the oven)
