Banana Bread Breakfast Muffins
By now you all know my love for bananas and banana bread 🙂 I made this refined-sugar free recipe the other day and it ended up delicious, not too sweet, which is good as I’ve never had too much of a sweet thooth.

– 1 medium banana
– 3/4 cup oats
– 1/4 cup flour
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1 egg
– 1 tbsp honey

1. In a medium bowl, mash the banana
2. Add the oats, flour and baking powder
3. Add the honey and egg, then mix well
4. Put in a muffin baking tray and bake for about 20-25min at 360°F/180°C
