Black Beans, Shrimp & Quinoa Salad

Who else loves black beans as much as I do ? I was playing around in the kitchen the other day and I absolutely loved this salad as it is full of proteins. Healthy can definitely rhyme with tasty 🙂 There you go for the recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shrimps
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 2 medium onions
  • some paprika, salt, oil, garlic powder & mixed herbs

Directions

  1. In a pa, fry the shrimps with 1 tsp of vegetable oil, garlic, and mixed herbs
  2. Cook the quinoa as indicated. Add some salt and butter
  3. Dice the onions then fry in some butter with paprika
  4. Mix all the ingredients in a large pan for about 5 min on low heat
