White Chocolate Chip Cookies
You guys know how much I looooove making cookies. So the other day, I got bored and decided to use the white chocolate chips I had to make these. These biscuits are buttery, soft, amazing, and the white chocolate melts in your mouth when you eat them. Seriously, you all should just make them ✌

– 1 cup flour
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 7g vanilla sugar
– 2 tbsp egg white
– 3 tbsp softened butter
– 1/3 to 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
– Pinch of salt

1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt together
2. Add the egg white and butter until you get a consistent dough
3. Mix in the white chocolate chips
4. Using a cookie scoop, make about 14-16 cookies and place on a greased cookie tray
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F/180°C for about 20 min
