The Best Brownies
Guys. These brownies were the bomb. Thinking about it, I have probably made brownies one or twice at most in my life. I always get flashbacks of nice childhood memories whenever I eat some, as my mom used to (and still) does make an incredible recipe. These brownies I made are soft, moist, and just the perfect brownies texture. I also added some chocolate chunks, and when they melt the brownies become gooey and all 😍 Ok, I really need to some being too graphic, and get straight to the recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp ground coffee + 1 tbsp hot water
- 40g chocolate chunks + 40g to put on top
Instructions
- Pre-In a large bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar
- Pre-heat the oven to 360F
- Mix the dry ingredients together
- Mix the coffee with the water, and add it to the wet ingredients
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and the milk to the wet ingredients. Add the dry 1/2 cup of dry ingredients, then mix. Add another half cup and do the same, then add 1/4 cup of milk. Repeat the procedure. Make sure you don’t overmix the batter, stop when the ingredients are just combined.
- Incorporate 40g of chocolate chunks into the batter
- Put the remaining chunks on top
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 20min
