Easy peasy sweet potato mash

Yesterday, I organized a late Thanksgiving lunch with some friends. I was not only happy because I managed to cook a whole 12 pounds turkey by myself, but also because there was no sweet potato mash left at the end.

I’m just a big potato lover. Nothing beats my mom’s potato puree, or some good fries from McDonald’s (I don’t care what they say, still my favorite!).

Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes // 3 tbsp of margarine // 3/4 cup of plant-based milk // 1 tsp of cinnamon // a handful of sunflower seeds

Instructions

Wash, peel and boil or steam the potatoes until soft // With a fork, mash the potatoes and add the sunflower seeds, cinnamon and margarine // Add the milk gradually //
