White Chocolate Cake
You guys! By now you probably know that sometimes, I try to bake something and i stead get something completely different but equally good. Well this time I planned to make blondies (aka brownies’ white cousins) and put a tiny bit too much baking powder and not enough butter. Still got an amazing, decandent white chocolate cake my friends at the office all devored 😊

– 100g of white chocolate
– 2 tbsp softened butter
– 2 eggs and 2 tbsp egg white
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup flour
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– A pinch of salt

1. Melt the chocolate
2. In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt then mix well
3. Add the eggs, then the chocolate and the butter
4. Bake in a preaheated the oven to 360°F/190°C for 20-25min
