Starbucks Like Pumpkin Scones
What I absolutely love about fall – apart from the pretty orange leaves everywhere – is how we get pumpkin everything, from lattes to cakes 💕 Scones are the one thing I’ve never tried making, so I decided to join the fun and make scones – with pumpkin of course! Hope you like the recipe 🙂

- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin pie puree
- 1/4 cup unsalted softened butter

- 1/2 tsp all spices
- 1/8 tsp of salt
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder, salt and spices
- Add the pumkin puree, then the butter and continue mixing
- Add the beaten egg and continue working the dough until you get a firm and soft dough
