Vegan Coconut Milk Hot Chocolate
I always love a good hot chocolate. Especially from Starbucks ❤ The other day, I wanted to try something different and use my canned coconut milk to make some hot chocolate. The result was 👌 I know you will like the recipe as much as I did.

– 1 + 1/3 cup canned coconut milk (I chosed the light version, works perfectly fine)
– 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 tbsp brown sugar
– 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
– 1-2 biscuits or 4 graham crackers.

1. In a pan, put the milk, cocoa powder and sugar. Stir while cooking on low to medium heat for about 3 min, or until warm enough and stirred well. Do not bring to boil.
2. Put some peanut butter on top of your mug or glass.
3. Crush the biscuits/crackers (I used Digestives) and coat the top of the mug/glass with the crumbs.
4. Pour the hot chocolate in the glass/mug and enjoy 🙂
