Vegan Blueberry Oats Pancakes

– 1/3 cup oats
– 1/2 large banana
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1/3 cup blueberries
– Optional: 1 tbsp egg yolk (omit for the vegan version)
– 2 tsp maple syrup or honey

1. Blend all the ingredients but the blueberries
2. Mix in the blueberries
3. Cook on greased pan until each side is ready (the top should be dry before you flip the pancake)
4. Serve with bananas and maple syrup or honey
