    Healthy Banana Bread

    Banana bread is definitely one of my favorite desserts. I  can eat a whole load by myself, and I’m not even lying. Yes, that’s full of sugar but…it’s quite the point, right ?     My mom is a huuuuge waffle fan (especially mine haha :’)). So I absolutely love to prepare some for her every time I get back home in Morocco.     Living alone in London while I go to uni is awesome, ok.     Healthy Carrot Cake

    Ok. Maybe it’s just the effect of intense revisions and deadlines. But my energy has been on a roller coaster lately. Blame having meals at odd hours and weird sleeping patterns.     Protein and Blueberry Oats

    Who else loves oats ? So versatile, easy and fast to prepare. And most of all, very nutritious 🙂 I am a HUGE bread lover and have that usually for breakfast, usually with eggs or yogurt, but today I wanted to change and went with oats.     Basic Crepes (8 medium crepes)

    Tried this mix a few months ago and it ended up quite nice, so thought I’d share it with you 🙂 Concerning the filling, I’m all about the Nutella. You got me! Ingredients: 2.5 cups of flour 3 cups of milk of choice 2 medium eggs 1 tbsp of sugar or 0.5 tbsp of sweetener 5ml of vanilla extract (or orange/rose water for a different taste) Method: 1) Mix the eggs with the sugar/sweetener.
