    App: Lifesum

    Hey there 😊 First of all, this post is not sponsored and I’m only sharing my genuine opinion. I recently discovered a free application, Lifesum, which is just amazing. It will let you log your food, water, drinks and exercice everyday. You can also connect it to Google Fit or FitBit (among others) so that it automatically synchronizes your daily activity. One of my favorite thing is that it can scan the barcode of your products (including Canadians ones! I haven’t tried with other countries yet) to ease up logging your food. If you wanna download it, it’s available both on Google Play and on the Apple Store 😎

    Apple Oatmeal Cookies

    Ah, cookies! I love to make them. And eat them even more. I also like apples so mich (can you believe I used to find them just about average up until like 6 years ago ? Yeah me neither – used to be a huge #teambanana person). These cookies are just about the right amount of sweet, and I just used 4 tbsp of light margarine (you can use butter) for the whole batch. Hope you like them 🙂 Tip: to keep the cookies softer for longer, you can place them in a sealed container with a slice of bread ðŸ˜Š

    Pumpkin Latte

    Fall is my second favorite season. I love not only seeing orange and brown everywhere, but also how it becomes acceptable to spend evenings at home with a hot drink (to be fair, I’m a granny at heart so I’m at home with a hot drink, a good book and some comfy PJs pretty much every day of the year). Also, I love seeing pumking everything, everywhere.  I’m both a coffee and a tea lover, but sometimes it’s good to twist things a bit (I do that a lot, right ?).     Porridge is one of my favorite food and breakfast. So easy to make, so fast, so cheal amd so customizable. The thing is to make it creamy (subsitute half of the water for milk) and add a pinch of salt (very important step, as salt enhances the taste and really DOES make a difference).     Buttercream (chocolate and vanilla)

    Let’s talk about buttercream. I love it because it’s very versatile and easy to make. The butter to icing sugar ratio I normally follow is 1:3. Of course, you can also add some vanilla extract, milk or maple syrup to taste. Or you could substitute some icing sugar for cocoa powder.  Just make sure the cream stays consistent, cause a cream that’s too liquid wouldn’t set very well of course.     Breakfast on muffins

    Breakfast is the coolest meal of the day, hands down. Particulary when english muffins are involved (I just love them so much). I made this the other day as an afternoon snack, but it’s definitely most suitable for brekkie, with a cuppa or some coffee.
